How long does it take to receive my sign after I place my order?
Currently, we're able to ship very quickly! For some items like our Love Park and City Skylines, we have most of these in stock ready for immediate shipping. Other items take up to a week to get out.
Will I receive tracking information when my sign ships?
Yes. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is shipped. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, so tracking your order is easy via their website at https://tools.usps.com/
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are happy to ship to our neighbors above in Canada. We are happy to secure a shipping rate quote for you. Email your address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know what the cost would be to ship a sign to your country.
Do you have a local pick-up?
Yes. Please send us an email to let us know that you will be placing your pickup order. We will give you a special coupon code to remove the cost of shipping. Your order will be ready for pickup in 7 business days. The pickup location is in zip code 19073 - about 30 miles west of Center City Philadelphia, PA.
My sign arrived damaged. What do I do?
Occasionally, our friends at USPS take their anger and frustration out on our precious packages. Unfortunately for you and I, that means our signs can sometimes become damaged during shipment. Don't worry - we'll take care of you!
If your sign arrives damaged, send an email to: RIPMySign@addictedfurnishings.com. Please include your name, e-mail and order number along with a picture of your damaged sign. We'll prepare a replacement sign and get it out to you as soon as possible. If necessary, a pre-paid USPS return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please pack the sign in the original box, affix the label and drop at any USPS Post Office location in the US.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, card expiry date and start date/issue no if applicable. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status. We will also ask for your telephone number so we can contact you urgently if necessary.
The information we hold should be accurate and up to date and you can contact us to check this. Please inform us of any inaccuracies so we may correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information we will always obtain your consent first.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Cookies are safe to use however, you can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
